Our company Internet en el Comercio, S. L. was created in September, 2001 to design web sites and
other services related to Internet.
During these years we have been able to know many craftsmen and craftswomen who had stated us
their interest in the possibility of selling their products by means of the Internet.
In general, each of these craftsmen and craftswomen, by theirselves, do not have the economic nor
the logistics means in order to create and update a virtual shop allowing them to present their
achievements and focus their sales.
This approach offers advantatges to the craftsmen and craftswomen giving the chance to present
their crafts on the net and sell them, and also to the users that, by means of an unique virtual
platform, are able to access to a wide number of crafts.
Our platform of e-commerce www.e-hancraft.com was
created in order to give to all the craftsmen and craftswomen the chance to present and sell
their products.
Also, all the users, worldwide, can see and purchase the products placed in our platform.
Once the user send us their shopping cart, we contact each of the craftmen/women that have
created the different products of the shopping cart and we ask confirmation of the delivery
estimate and the different shipping rates available from its origin to the destination
point.
By e-mail, we confirm to the user the delivery estimate of each of the requested items, the
different shipping rates, as well as the cost of the guarantee of each shipping.
The user is able to decide and confirm, by e-mail, which items they want to purchase and which
method of shipping desired, in each case, and if they wish to have a guarantee for the shipping
or shippings.
Once the user has made the payment of the requested item or items, the shipping rates and the
guarantee, if required, qe proceed to tell the craftsman/woman to send the crafts according to
the established term.
As all the crafts are handmade and, many times, made it to order, the crafts received may not
always be exactly as it is shown in the photograph on the web, but it is very
approximate.
