1 – HOW TO PURCHASE RETAIL
First step of the process of retail purchase.
In order to purchase retail you will need to press on the shopping cart placed next to the
selected products.
The shopping cart show you the products, prices and quantities that you have add to it, during
your navigation on www.e-hancraft.com
Once you are satisfied with the order you must click on the button "Shopping request" placed on
the lower part of the screen where the shopping cart is placed. This leads to a screen in which,
in case that you have already bought at the platform, your e-mail and password will be asked,
otherwise your e-mail, password and confirm password will be asked.
If you have bought before at the platform and you have identified yourself with your e-mail and
password, we will show you the address memorized in the data base in order to make the delivery
of your order. You will be able to modify your address if necessary.
If it is your first time, the form will be empty for you to introduce your identification and
address data.
After the confirmation of the data, a summary of your order on the screen. If you agree with the
content of the shopping cart select "Send Shooping request".
All the information that you will send us will be cryptized and stored in our safe server in
order to guarantee the confidentiality and unassailability of your personal data.
Second step of the process of retail purchase.
Once we have received your Shopping request, we will consult the craftsmen/women that make the
crafts that you have on your shopping cart, the delivery term of the requested crafts, as well as
the different transport modalities (price and days required for each transport modality, from the
craftman/woman residence to your home).
As your shopping cart may have crafts made by more than one craftsman/woman, by e-mail we will
send you the following information, related to the crafts that appear in your shopping cart,
divided in each of the craftsmen/women involved:
- Delivery installment of the crafts from each craftsmen/women.
- Transport period and price for each transport modality.
- List of the crafts of each craftsman/woman. Requested quantity of crafts, price and total
amount.
- Cost of the first transport alternative (we will indicate the delivery term). If there were
more than one transport alternative we would repeat the information changing this particular
data.
- Cost of the guarantee. We will provide another alternative without the guarantee cost.
Once obtained the total amount of each set of information, we present for each set the four
methods of payment:
- Bank transfer.
- Safe credit card
PayPal
- Western Union
You will also have the possibility to indicate us, if you wish, that you want us to send you the
bill by e-mail and the corresponding original altogether with the package.

In the transfer you must indicate the order number and your name. Once the payment is done you must send us an e-mail in order to communicate us your name,
transfer date and amount, as well as the order number.

For the payment with credit card the company which wants to open a virtual shop

crafts that you want to purchase with the detailed instruction about the good´s delivery place,
the payment method and other descriptions that you consider important to mention.
This e-mail will be used as first contact for our staff to study your request in the best
possible way to give you a fast and effective answer according to the given data.
The answer message will show you the steps to follow in order to agree how the sale will be made
between the parts, confirming all the purchase data, delivery method chosen, and the necessary
information for you to make the payment according to the given options.
If you find any difference concerning the original order, you must communicate it before making
